Alice J. Todd, 86, of Mt. Zion passed away Saturday August 28, 2010 at St. Mary's Hospital.

A memorial service to celebrate Alice's life will be 10:30 AM Wednesday September 1, 2010 at Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Mt. Zion with a visitation one hour before services at the church. Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home in Mt. Zion is assisting the family with arrangements. Alice was born on October 3, 1923 in Chicago, IL., the daughter of George and Alice Miner Mayhew. She married Robert E. Todd on February 2, 1923, they were divorced and he preceded her in death. Alice was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, she worked for Illinois Power and the Secretary of State where she was an Executive Secretary.

Alice is survived by her two daughters Sue Woolington (Gary) of Decatur and Sharon Wade of Atwood; eight grandchildren: Tricia, Amy, Jenny, R.L., Megan, Owen, Michelle, Kyle and twenty two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and ex-husband.
